Refund policy

Returns

Eligibility: You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the item.
Condition: Items must be unworn and will be inspected upon being received. If the item shows signs of wear, we will not refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please access our contact form on our website or email us at contact@kimyoung.us.com with your reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
